Scheduling Class

No need to schedule a class or call prior to your arrival.   Just take a look at the schedule on our website; it is always current and up to date.

Before Class

Arrive 10 minutes early for class check-in.   We will have you fill out a waiver & introduce you to your coach.  Bring a towel & a water bottle.  Most clients wear traditional cross-training shoes (sneakers). Wear whatever workout attire that you are comfortable in.

During Class

Boxing: We will show you how to wrap your hands and put on some gloves.
Fitness:  We start with a warmup and guide you through the workout for the day.
Yoga: You will be in good hands with our instructors.

After Class

We do not have showers available.
